Tips for using the drive-thrus at The Bank of Tioga
The Bank of Tioga’s drive-thrus are open and continue to be ready for business! If you haven’t used the bank’s drive-thru yet, here are some helpful tips to save you time and improve your experience.
Using the Window
Anything from deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash advances and cashier checks are banking tasks that can be completed in the drive-thru. To save time, please have all of your items handy! Let us know what type of transaction you need to make and we will be happy to help complete the slip if you don’t have one available.
Please make sure to endorse the back of all checks and ensure your deposit or withdrawal slips are completed to the best of your ability—including your account number. If you don’t know your account number or are unsure of any other information, we are always happy to give it to you for safe keeping for future transactions and to assist in any way.
If you are not sure about what you need to do, what slips or what account you need, we are here to help. Also, feel free to ask for a deposit or withdrawal slip to use for your next visit. Once we complete your transaction(s) and send out a receipt or the appropriate paperwork back to you, you have successfully used the drive-thru!
Using the ATM
In some situations, it may be easier to use our ATM. You can use our regular ATM in the entrance to the bank make withdrawals, or even check your balance.
Using the Night Drop
If you have a deposit, payment or signed paperwork to drop off and can’t make it to the bank during operational hours, please use the bank’s night drop and it will be processed the next morning. The night drop box is located just past the drive-thru window.
BONUS, Debit Cards and Opening New Accounts
If you are having trouble with your debit card or need a new one, please call us at 701-664-3388 in Tioga or 701-965-6333 in Crosby and speak to a Universal Banker directly. They will be able to check on the status of your debit card and if needed, print you a new one instantly. Within minutes, you can come through the drive-thru in Tioga to pick it up or we can put in the mail for you.
If you wish to open a new account, you can come through the drive-thru and speak with a Universal Banker to get started. After we have received all of the necessary information from you, we can complete the account opening by sending you documents electronically via DocuSign or you can schedule an appointment to sign in person.
