Hendrickson named as Board of Director with North Dakota Bankers Association

Tioga, ND, February 15, 2023 - Savanna Hendrickson, President of The Bank of Tioga currently serves on the North Dakota Bankers Association Board. Hendrickson was appointed by the Board Chair, Kathy Torske as an at-large position and will serve a four-year term. As a board member, Hendrickson is responsible for governance and oversight as well as strategic insights for the organization.
The North Dakota Bankers Association (NDBA) has proudly served North Dakota's banking industry for since 1889. NDBA is the professional trade association organized to represent the common interest and welfare of banks in North Dakota and to promote the professional development of its members. The mission of the North Dakota Bankers Association is to provide "Extraordinary Leadership for North Dakota Banks."
Additionally, the NDBA provides specific services to enhance the ability of member banks to operate effectively in providing services to the community. This includes seminars, conferences, banking schools and an annual convention. The NDBA’s educational programs strive to enhance the ability of its members to meet their needs in this complex and changing financial industry, while building relationships between member banks and other interested organizations. The NDBA also offers an associate membership to organizations engaged in the sale of goods and services to North Dakota banks.
Hendrickson has over 13 years of banking and finance industry experience including credit analysis, relationship management, commercial and agriculture banking as well as client service and compliance support. Joining The Bank of Tioga in 2015, her various roles have included credit analyst, senior credit analyst/credit operations manager and credit administrative officer, vice president, senior vice president and currently president.
Hendrickson earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and MBA from the University of North Dakota and is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. She is actively involved in her community and currently serves as the president for the Divide County Economic Development Council.

Hendrickson and her husband, reside in Crosby with their three children. In her free time, she enjoys time outdoors at the lake in the warmer months and hunting in the colder seasons, as well as spending time with family and friends.
