Local community bank donates $10,000 to Tioga Medical Center

Tioga, ND, December 28, 2022 - The Bank of Tioga is pleased to announce a $10,000 donation to Tioga Medical Center to help with the ongoing needs in the long-term care facility. Additionally, a portion of the funds will support at-risk families with insurance needs.
“The support of local healthcare helps provide critical community care for local patients, a boost to the local economy and local jobs, and a healthier local community. We are honored to be able to give back to the Tioga Medical Center in this way and help with the ongoing needs with the long-term care area,” said, The Bank of Tioga President, Savanna Hendrickson.
Tioga Medical Center serves Tioga and the surrounding area and was instituted for the primary purpose of administering complete health care. Restorative, physical, mental, social, and spiritual facilities are available to each individual admitted, to aid in recovery and enrich their life.
“We are grateful to the Bank of Tioga for the opportunity this funding provides, and for the consideration shown to our rural community and specifically the Long-Term Care Facility. Tioga Medical Center is extremely grateful for this generous gift and the work the Bank of Tioga does each year to give back to our local community. The Bank of Tioga truly reflects the small-town values of looking after your neighbor and this is such an important trait of rural living," said The Tioga Medical Center CFO, Jamie Eraas.
Since 2015, The Bank of Tioga has donated over $135,000 toward the Tioga Medical Center. This has consisted of funding new clinic remodel, long-term care facility maintenance and assisting families in need with annual physicals and other medical insurance assistance.
