How to utilize our partnered fiduciary services

The fiduciary officers we partner with can help act as an executor of a will to help bring expertise and keep family tension low. The officer can act as trustee for any trust being formed, already created or being created through a will. They can act as a conservator for anyone unable to handle their assets. Lastly, they can help talk you through some of the most tax advantaged ways to transfer wealth, farmland, mineral rights or other assets when that time comes. Our trusted fiduciary officers are legally required to look out for each client’s best interest, we believe this partnership can help serve an unmet need in our communities. The discovery meeting will consist of at least one fiduciary officer and can be done via phone, video call from your own home or you can come to one of our bank locations and for either an in-person or video call there. Our team will listen to your goals for the future, your current strategy in place and any other circumstances that may influence your plan. At the end of this meeting, we will have a clearer sense of solutions to put in place and you will receive a list of necessary items to provide either before or at your next meeting–the solutions meeting.

Once our fiduciary officer has designed your personal plan, they will present it to you at the solutions meeting. Additional members of our team may attend this meeting to help present or answer questions on product offerings. After the plan is presented, something positive is going to happen. If it’s the right fit then we will work together, but if it is the wrong fit you will still have something of value to improve your financial or estate wellness.
